Refund Policy

30 Days WATCH Return

Our return policy lasts 30 days upon receipt of your watch. If 30 days have gone by since you received your watch, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused and in the same mint condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, and we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return Your Watch

To return your watch, first, you must inform our Customer Service team via our 24/7 online chat at soliswatches.com so we can open a ticket to track your refund request. You will receive a FIRST email confirming your case has been opened and instructions about how to return your watch.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your watch for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case the watch has been purchased via an Authorized Dealer, please do not send your watch back directly to us but through the Authorized Dealer.

7 Days No Questions Asked Returns Guarantee

For your peace of mind, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked returns guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days of receiving your watch, you can return it for a refund, no questions asked.

30 Days MONEY Return (if applicable)

Once your watch is received at SOLIS' workshops, it will undergo an inspection. We will then send you a SECOND email to inform you that we have received your watch and if the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, then your refund will be processed 14 working days AFTER having received your watch.

A credit will then be applied to your credit card. If you haven’t received a refund after that period, please contact your credit card company; usually, there's some processing time required before a refund is posted in your account. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our 24/7 online chat at soliswatches.com.

Exceptions

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted (if applicable):

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Solis manufacturing or transport.

  2. Any item that is returned beyond 30 working days after delivery.

  3. Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

  4. IMPORTANT: According to EU laws, Numbered and Limited Edition watches are also exempt from being returned/refunded since these require customization (unique numbers engraving).

  5. For pre-orders, watches can only be returned within the first 30 working days after delivery (and NOT before) except for the above-mentioned points 1, 2, 3, and 4.
