Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your watch. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.


Pre-Order Deposits

All pre-order deposits placed through SolisWatches.com are 100% fully refundable at any time before shipping.
If you change your mind, simply contact our team at support@soliswatches.com with your order number, and we’ll process your full refund — no questions asked.

Once production begins and your order is ready for fulfillment, you’ll receive an email inviting you to complete your remaining payment before your watch ships. Refunds are no longer available once the final payment is completed and your watch has shipped.


Returns for Delivered Watches

To return a delivered timepiece, contact our Customer Service team at support@soliswatches.com. We’ll provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your watch is received and inspected.


Exceptions

Refunds or returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts.

  • Items returned beyond 30 days after delivery.

  • Gift cards or customized / numbered editions once shipped.
