At Solis Watches, each timepiece is produced in limited quantities and crafted with precision. Our shipping process ensures every order receives the care and attention it deserves.

Pre-Order Fulfillment

Reserving your Solis Nova secures your place in our Founders Batch. Production is estimated to complete Q4 2025 – Q1 2026. You’ll receive regular updates as your watch moves through each stage.

When your timepiece is ready, we’ll notify you to complete your final payment before shipping.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. International deliveries may require additional time for customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your watch leaves our workshop.

Customs & Import Duties

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
